Become a Media Maker

CMC members get access to the tools and training they need to tell their story and share it across the county or around the world.
When you become a CMC Member you have the opportunity to be a part of our Media Makers group.  Media Makers work together with other members to create studio productions that showcase the people and organizations that are making a difference right here in Carroll county. "Carroll Helping Carroll" the studio talk show program created and produced entirely by CMC Members. Read on to learn how YOU can be part of this exciting group of community producers!

What exactly do Media Makers do?

Media Makers serve as directors, camera operators, audio technicians, teleprompter operators, interviewers, floor directors and content coordinators. The CMC provides all the training you need and your fellow Media Makers are right there to help you along the way.CMC's Media Makers group is growing, and you can be a part of it!  

Video production experience isn't necessary - if that's what you're interested in, we can train you, but you can also help to coordinate guests,write scripts or run teleprompter, there are many ways to get involved. Imagine, you could be part of creating a program that helps to inform our community about the important services our local non-profits provide each day.
