Carroll County football players dot all-state, all-region teams

The 2023 teams were unveiled over the winter break by the Maryland Football Foundation.

The Maryland Football Foundation recently released all-state teams for the 2023 season, and Carroll County was well represented.

The organization's website, www.mdprepfootball.com, led by longtime high school football enthusiast Sheldon Shealer, put together all-state teams in partnership with coaches and media throughout Maryland.

Their all-region and all-state teams recognize more than 700 players statewide, according to the site.
