Since 2017, the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce Foundation has been proud to recognize the men and women who bravely serve and protect Carroll County through our Public Safety Awards. Each year, we recognize the efforts of our Law Enforcement, Fire & Rescue Personnel and Emergency Responders. These are the people who often put their lives on the line for each of us, every day. Awards and recognition are given out in numerous categories, including: Officer of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Distinguished Achievement Award and Life Saving Award. The 2025 Public Safety Awards took place on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at the Pleasant Valley Fire Hall.
