Carroll Citizens For Racial Equality Annual Conference was held on May 2, 2025 at Carroll Community College. The theme for this year was We Are Stronger Together. Speakers included Rosalyn Taylor O Neale, MSSW An advocate, leader, author and powerful influencer in the work of cultural change and Karen B. Francis, Ph. D Medical sociologist, author and international trainer in the principles of cultural and linguistic competence.
