The parade down Main Street in Westminster begins at 10 a.m. and the ceremony from Westminster cemetery begins at 11 a.m.

For over 80 years, American Legion Carroll Post 31 has remembered our fallen servicemen and women through the Memorial Day Remembrance Parade and Observance Ceremony in Westminster. For nearly three decades, the Community Media Center has worked in partnership with Carroll Post 31 to produce the annual program that features one of the longest-running Memorial Day Parades in the nation.
