Top 5 Things to Do This Weekend

Thursday, November 26th - Sunday, November 29th

This weekend of Thanksgiving, demonstrate your gratitude to your local artisans, farmers and craftsmen by supporting them at the multitude of holiday markets! Some of these fairs include Downtown Westminster Holiday Markets, the Carroll County Farmer's Market and Craft Show (It's Bring a Friend Day!) at the Carroll County Ag Center, Reindollar Carriage House's Shop Small Holiday Market, or the 8th Annual Sykesville Holiday Marketplace. For other events downtown, Miracle on Main Street Downtown Event by Westminster Rec and Parks will be hosting their annual Christmas tree lighting and parade, with fun activities for the kids. If you're into nature themed holiday decorations, we have something right for you! The 24th Annual Festival of Wreaths, a donation event to benefit the Carroll Arts Council, and the 15th Annual Carroll County Festival of Trees, organized by Shepherd's Staff, will feature lots of beautifully crafted decor for the holidays. Lastly, the Carroll Singers Present “Signs of the Season” to round off your weekend with some in-person music once more.

Stay warm, and have a great weekend exploring all Carroll has to offer!
