Live coverage of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce's Legislative Wrap-Up on Thursday, April 15, 2021 starting at 12:00 Noon.  Due to COVID-19 this program will be held virtually and streamed online and on cable channel HD-1086 and Channel 19.

The Legislative Wrap-up is a report on the 2021 Session of the Maryland General Assembly.  Speakers will be members of the Carroll Delegation. Moderator will be Danna Blum, Chair of the Chamber's Legislative Committee
