The CMC provides a free electronic press release(bulletin board) to local non-profits and public service groups to publicize their events and give information on their organization or activities. The text bulletin board can use PowerPoint slides.
To begin, fill out the Request for Services form. If you have a logo or picture of your organization include this with your press release or announcement. You may email your press release information to us at bulletinrequest@carrollmediacenter.org, mail it, or drop it by our facility.
Please submit requests at least 2 weeks in advance.
We cannot publicize prices or costs for events.

and a phone number people may call for more information.
Your bulletin board slides are run daily on Channel 19 between programs and as a Community Bulletin Board in the afternoon and evening. We program announcements for two weeks before the event. If you wish to post a regular announcement of services or classes you should change the slide every month and resubmit. We reserve the right to delete slides after 30 days.
