Electronic Press Release (Bulletin Board) – Press release information submitted for promotion on Cable Channel 19
The CMC staff reviews service requests bi-weekly and asks that all requests come with at least two weeks' notice. Most requests, other than electronic press releases, will require a meeting with the CMC, and ample time for us to draft a proposal.
Training – Workshops in content production, social media and web-based technologies
Cablecast – Non-commercial program submissions for Cable Channel 19 and web (Additional PDF form must be completed and signed.)
Program Purchases – Copies of programs produced by the CMC available for purchase at $10 each + tax
Web Design – Web design and maintenance for non-profits in and around Carroll County
Program Production – TV/Web project requiring scripting, shooting and post-production services
Consulting – Technical support and guidance at rates designed to fit the budgets of county non-profits

Your announcement will be on two weeks prior to the date of event. If you want to publicize information or a service such as a group that meets regularly you should send us the information by the first of the month.

Regular announcements are aired according to the demand. We have limited space, but we try to give everyone a fair chance to publicize their organization or event.

Since we do not publicize ticket prices or any other costs for events, we need a contact person's name to verify information, if necessary, and a phone number for people to call for more information.
