Carroll County State’s Attorney Brian DeLeonardo and the Carroll County Health Department invite you to the premiere of the new educational film “Heroin Still Kills,” produced by the Carroll County State’s Attorney’s Office and the Carroll County Health Department.
The film is a new take on the 1999 original “Heroin Kills,” which was produced by a local grassroots organization in response to the overdose deaths of several young people in the community at that time.  “Heroin Still Kills” retains the spirit of the original but features an all-new cast and story line to reflect the many ways that heroin and opioid addiction have changed in the new millennium.
The film’s premiere will be 7pm on Tuesday, January 22nd 2019 at the Scott Center Theater at Carroll Community College.
