It was 100 years ago that the “doughboys” of Carroll County went off to fight in the “war to end all wars.” Former HSCC Executive Director Jay Graybeal explores Carroll Countians’ roles along the Mexican border and in Europe, civilian war efforts at home, and Armistice Day in Carroll County.
